All intellectual property rights in and to our web applications, source code, logos, visual assets, documentation, design systems, and proprietary algorithms are owned exclusively by F&O Partners LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any title or proprietary rights to users.
Where Services are provided on a subscription or fee basis, fees are specified at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (including Stripe). You agree to provide valid, up-to-date billing information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
We make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure high availability and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. F&O Partners LLC reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or suspend any portion of the Services for scheduled maintenance or security enhancements.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ENTIRELY ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL F&O PARTNERS LLC, ITS MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in the State of Wyoming.
